Danish International Youth Championship 2010
Smørum Golf Club was the host of the DIYC Tournament at Smørum Golfcenter, Copenhagen, Denmark in the days 20-22 July 2010.
It was Smørum's own players that took the trophies after some excellent golf from all players during the 3 days in perfect sunny conditions.
For Nanna Koerstz Madsen it was her first victory in this tournament 1 up against Christine Holm Skylvad from Sønderjylland's Golf Club. Erik Steffensen was the winner in the boy's tournament as in 2009 and in a very convincing style 7 up to Jonas Voltz in second place.
With more than 100 players the tournament once more was a great success. All players, spectators and the officials enjoyed the days of great golf and we hope to see them all back again next year where the tournament will host its 10 years anniversary tournament.
